Finance One is now part of LHK Group
Finance One has now merged with the financial planning arm of LHK Group following the acquisition of a majority shareholding in our business by LHK Group.
Finance One has established a very strong market presence in the areas of wealth management, pensions, investments, employee benefits and mortgage advisory services to private individuals and commercial clients in Ireland and we regard LHK Group as an excellent fit for the business.
LHK Group is a leading, Irish owned general insurance and financial planning broker founded in 1938 and well known to Finance One for many years. LHK Group has attracted high-quality, committed professionals and invested in their training, development and growth. As a result of these efforts, it has grown exponentially as a composite insurance broker offering not only life, pensions and investments but also with a very strong general insurance business, enabling them to offer a wider range of client services. LHK Group works in partnership with their clients so that they can contribute to the success of their client’s business, building strong relationships over many years.
Against the backdrop of increased consolidation in the industry by international publicly listed and private equity groups, LHK Group remains one of the few remaining independently owned brokers in the Irish market. LHK Group are the firm that Finance One has chosen to combine with so as to continue the tradition for excellent service, deep expertise, all in an environment which clients and associates want to be a part of. In addition, the Finance One clients will benefit from the comprehensive range of services available from the combined businesses under the direction of Colm Kelleher as owner and Managing Director of LHK Group. Finance One will continue to trade as normal for the immediate future.

It is important to note that the terms and conditions of the policy’(s) of Finance One clients will not be affected in anyway and no action needs to be taken. Finance One’s steadfast commitment to clients will remain and clients can be assured of the same high level of personal service and expertise from the team that they are familiar with.
